For rides in changing light

The specs 03 black / photochromic is a lightweight pair of sunglasses for rides that take you through sunshine, cloud and shaded sections. It combines a black frame with a photochromic lens that adjusts its tint to the light conditions. A wide field of view gives you a clear overview of your line and the terrain around you. Slip-resistant surfaces at the nose pad and temple tips help the sunglasses stay in place as you move on the bike.

Features at a glance:
  • Photochromic lens: The tint varies across categories 1 to 3. Light transmission ranges from 73% to 15%, making the lens suited to changing light conditions.
  • Wide field of view: The large lens gives you a broad view of the trail and your surroundings.
  • Lightweight and durable: The frame uses lightweight bio-nylon (Grilamid BTR XE 4010), paired with a durable polycarbonate lens.
  • Grip as you ride: Slip-resistant surfaces at the nose pad and temple tips help keep the sunglasses in position on the bike.
  • UV400 protection: The lens protects against UVA and UVB radiation.
  • Fewer distracting reflections: An anti-reflective treatment reduces reflections on the lens.
  • Coated for everyday use: Water- and oil-repellent coatings on both sides make cleaning easier. The surface also has a scratch-resistant treatment.
  • Very light material
  • Impact-resistant even in cold temperatures
  • Sustainable organic nylon (Grilamid BTR XE 4010)
  • Produced with 100% renewable energy
Nose pad and temple tips with non-slip lamination

  • Non-polarized: Better suited for anything involving movement (biking, driving, etc.)
