WHEN SHIT HITS THE FAN

Of course, for the sake of sustainability, we're interested in keeping our products as long as possible. That's why we also try to repair products that are no longer under warranty.

We distinguish between:
A) Products purchased in our online shop or which are outside the warranty period.
B) Products purchased from one of our dealers and still under warranty.

A) PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN OUR ONLINE SHOP OR OUT OF WARRANTY
  1. Did you purchase the product from our store? Please contact us by email (hello@dirtlej.de) with your receipt, a description, and a photo of the defect. We will then discuss all options.

  2. If you send a product to us: Please wash the product before sending it to our service team. Package the defective product, fill out the service form you will receive from us, and send it to the address we provide.
    Please note: We will return unwashed and freight collect products to you at your expense.

B) PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ONE OF OUR RETAILERS

Please email your dealer with your invoice, description, and photo of the defect. They will then contact us, and we'll work out the details with them.
