We differ between:
A) Products bought in our online shop or that are out of warranty.
B) If you bought the product from one of our dealers, he will be your first point of contact.
A) Products bought in our online shop or are our of warranty
- You bought the product in our online shop? Please send us an e-mail including invoice, description and picture of the defect.
- Wash the product before sending it to our service-team.
- Pack the defect product, fill out the service-form and ship it to the address our team gave you.
Caution: Unwashed and unfree shipped products wil be sent back at your costs!
B) Products bought at one of our dealers
- Please send an e-mail including invoice, description and picture of the defect to your dealer.
- He will be in touch with us, but he is your point of contact.
